Lawful bases and data protection rights

Who we share information with

Data processors

Resend Inc. — email service provider (United States)

We use Resend to send transactional and service-related emails on our behalf, such as account confirmations, password resets, and service notifications.

Resol GmbH — heating system data platform provider (Germany)

Heating system controllers at customer sites push telemetry data to a platform operated by RESOL GmbH (VBus.net). We retrieve this data to display it in the Senergy Cloud service.

Amazon Web Services (AWS) — cloud hosting provider (UK)

We use AWS to host the Senergy Cloud web application and associated databases and infrastructure on servers located in the United Kingdom.

Atto Partners — software development contractor

We engage Atto Partners to develop and maintain the Senergy Cloud web application. They may have access to personal data held within the system.

Google — geocoding service provider (United States)

We use the Google Maps Platform API to geocode and reverse-geocode customer site locations. No customer names or account details are sent to Google as part of these requests.

Sharing information outside the UK

Where necessary, we transfer personal information outside of the UK in compliance with UK GDPR and with appropriate safeguards in place.

Cookies

Our website uses strictly necessary session cookies to keep your session working while you browse the site.

We do not use any third-party analytics, tracking, or advertising cookies.

Server logs are kept for security and diagnostics purposes for up to 12 months, then deleted or anonymised.
